Would definitely recommend for spending night

Comfortable bed, clean room with good breakfast, the location was excellent for easy transport to downtown with a bus stop right outside the hotel.

Didn't like anything, except spacious room.

The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff willing to assist with any needs, including laundry services for kids' incidents. Enjoyed the peacefulness despite nearby commercial activity.

Service at the restaurant was notably poor and the food prices did not match the quality, leading to disappointment.

A Convenient Stop for Families

We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable room with a great mattress. The separate WC was especially handy for our teenager. Although the service felt understaffed, friendly reception staff made us feel welcome. I recommend exploring nearby dining options outside the hotel for better food prices.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Novotel Nancy. The room was clean and well-furnished, providing a lovely and restful atmosphere. the breakfast was excellent, offering freshly prepared items with attentive staff ensuring everything was well-stocked.

The executive rooms are recently renovated, offering a comfortable night’s sleep on a spacious bed, and the separate WC is a practical touch for families. The pool area appears nice and inviting, with a large pool that I didn't get to use but looks perfect for unwinding after a long day.

Unfortunately, I encountered several issues during my stay. The air conditioning worked poorly, making the room uncomfortable on a warm night. I also found the restaurant service frustrating. on multiple occasions, the staff was incredibly slow, leading to lengthy waits for food. The high prices for meals didn’t correspond to the quality, especially when my children received a burnt chicken skewer. parking access was confusing, and while the hotel was full, amenities like kitchen items in the room were lacking. Lastly, I noticed that flies were around the breakfast food, which is unappealing and could use better coverage to keep it fresh.

I really appreciated how quick the staff were to help me with my allergy dinner request, making it a lot easier than I expected. The outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect spots to unwind and enjoy the sun. A minor hiccup was that the Wi-Fi didn't work consistently in the room, but overall, it was a lovely stay.

The location was ideal for our road trip, and the room was spacious enough for our family with two kids.

would like to go back there again

The Superior Room with 1 Double Bed and 2 Sofa Beds was spacious and had lots of amenities. I loved the air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and the bathrobe provided. The outdoor swimming pool was great for relaxation, and they had sun loungers for lounging around. The friendly staff also made sure we felt welcome during our family visit.

Free parking was great, but the room needed better ventilation and a refresh.

Good location for easy access to the motorway and exploring nearby attractions. The room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and nice temperature control. the sofa bed was a bit hard, and the check-in staff seemed overwhelmed, as our sofa bed was not prepared on arrival. Breakfast offered organic jams, which were a delightful touch, although the selection felt somewhat limited.
